im 29 years and i weight 241 lb.i never weight that much before
i gain half off this weight in the past 10 years.
i gain about 40lb in the last 2 year, during my pregnancy and after...i was brestfeed; i avoid to weight myself for the last year...just because i knew that i'm gonna be scared.After christmas i was gonna print some pictures...than i saw me...and i looked back..2 year ago...and i couldn't belive.
I found this forum yestarday for the first time...and i wanted to sign in because i need help from you guys....and support..and advices ...
my resolution for 2008 is to lose and keef off forever the 100 lb .

Have you found our "100 Lb Club" forum yet? It is a group of women who have lost or are in the process of losing 100 lbs or more. You can find tons of advice and support there.

Otherwise, look around, settle in, and keep going...can't wait to hear more from you soon!

hey girls...I am also new to the board. Like everyone else here, I have been on it, bought the DVD and don't really use it, etc...in 2008 my goal is to eat better, exercise more and run in a 5 k by fall. I am at my highest weight..183 and want to lose 50 lbs by years end. So any support you can give will be great. I think I need to blog everyday to keep myself on track. Anybody in central pa out there?
