about time

  • Well I have come to this website so many times and have finally signed up. I decided this is the time that I am going to stop making excuses for my fat..(yes I have three children but the youngest is five, so I'm guessing pregnancy weight doesn't apply anymore) and start doing what I know I should have been doing all along. Hope to meet some great cheerleaders and I hope to be the same for you .

    What plan are you going to follow? Look around - we'll probably have a forum for it. Jump in and keep posting...can't wait to hear more from you soon!
  • well I've tried ebery plan there is so this time I'm going with the ME diet. Eat the foods I like that fall within 1200-1500 calories a day and make sure to get some form of excercise in 4 x's a week. I think this is the best strategy for me. I will keep ya'll posted on the progress and I am so happy to meet people who understand what I am going thru. Although very supportive, my 6 ft 165 lb husband doesn't really get it.
