Hi I'm Melissa,my dh and I have 3 beautiful kids, we are currently stationed at Schofield Barracks Hawaii. My dh just got back a few months ago from a 14 month deployment, believe it or not I actually lost a lot of weight, I got down to 192, but with the homecoming came weight gain, I stated eating more and quit exercising and with the holidays it just all came right back on :(
but hey I'm making a new start.

Hi Melissa and Welcome to 3FC. I think the holidays ahve an effect on us all but way to catch it before it's to late. Be sure to take a look around the site as you will find lots of information, support and motivation. Good luck and keep posting.

My son is stationed there and he too just got back from a 14 month deployment...small world. He just went back (to Schofield) the 2nd from being home for 2 weeks for Christmas. I told him he was a lucky dog...the weather here sucks!

Anyway, welcome and jump on in where you feel comfortable!
