Hi all!!!

This is my first day on the site. So far it looks like there are alot of "helpers" out there. I hope to lose about 35 pounds and I sure could use a buddy to help with the tough times.:):):):

Find a spot, jump right in, and keep posting! There are so many groups here, all oriented to give support to others, so just settle into one and go.
