Hey there fellow chickidees....

I was out on the internet looking for some weight loss support sites and spoted the "3 fat chicks" site. As I took a look through the site, I was excited to see posts from ladies with character.

I have never participated in any site like this before but I am excited to start.

Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated so that I can get the full benefit of this amazing support group!!

In terms of advice - what sort of plan do you intend to follow? We most likely have a forum for it where you can get advice and support from those following the same guidelines you are. We also have support groups by age range, so really just find a spot and settle in.
