Hi, i`ve browsed through the 3fc forum for about a 2 weeks now and I really like it. I`ve gotten more info from this site than alot of the others i`ve seen. Im still not sure which forum is right for me, so I guess i`ll keep browsing till I find one that fits me best. I`m about 85 pounds overweight and this year i`m determined to lose it. :carrot:

Otherwise, do you have a specific plan you are going to follow? you might find a good spot to start in one of the plan-related forums.

I`m a vegetarian, but i`ve currently have been following a raw vegan diet just to see how it goes...the 20`s group sounds like the one that will fit me best, there are so many here to choose from!:dizzy:
