Have you visited our OA Forum yet?

I don't know how you define abstinence, but probably we have a forum here for it somewhere, so look around, keep posting, and get comfortable. You also might want to look at the 100 lb Club or 300+ Club areas...both might have people who are close to your current point in your journey.

Hi Rebecca and congrats on the 5 pound weight loss. I only wish I could say I've lost 5 pounds. This is hard work, but the people here at the site are so nice and helpful. If you have a question, you can find someone with an answer. Keep up the good work and remember, we are here for you.
