Finally doing something about my weight...(I hope)
 

Sooo...Hello...My name is Gwen and I am a 35 yr old single mother of 3 n VA...After watching a The Biggest Loser marathon all day today,and getting slightly motivated to do something myself, and then talking to a friend of mine before he went to work who lost over 100 lbs in the last year or so, and him really kicking my butt by refusing to let me use some health bs I've had as an excuse...then that making me go to a website and dong the BMI calculator and discovering my BMI is over 40 and should be 24 and my healthy weight should be between 111 and 149 and it varies between 238 and 242 , and thinking about my kids, and how I've already faced and conquered cancer in 2005 and had a stroke resulting from that in 2006, that ths year, I need to get myself the healthiest I've ever been for my kids...they've dealt with enough...So here I am, looking for help, and mainly support and encouragement...
