Hi everyone, my name is Chrissy...I am 31, and a married mom of 3 (11,6,3). I work full time at a non-profit daycare center. I am a lifelong dieter and am currently at my highest weight ever. I am commited to becoming a healthier person in 2008. I have over 140lbs to lose to get to my goal, most of this was put on by late night binge eating. Following the Weight Watchers Diet Plan

Walk at Home DVD 3x's a week

consistently posting and replying to posts on the weight support boards.
