New and ready to lose
 

I am just beginning my successful journey. I am ready to lose the weight. I have been "changing my life style" for about 3 weeks. I know it was a crazy time to start...right before the holidays...but I had to do it. It was difficult over Christmas but I didn't do too bad. I am ready to make better choices. I am looking forward to the support I will get from this forum.

Welcome! There is lots of great support here. Starting a new life style before the holidays is as good a time as any. It gives you a nice head start on all of the resolutions in January. :)
