Do I Love My Droopy Bits
Well, In truth NO! But then I ask so why have I embraced them and let them get larger? Because i am the Queen of denial.....only think about it when standing in front of the full length mirror in the changing room at Wal Mart shopping for the elusive bathing suit! I haven't worn one for years as it makes me cry to look at the damage I have inflicted on myself....that hurts the worst knowing I did this to myself and couldn't stop it! Waa, WAA,:?: Waa Today I will find strength and courage as we all support each other in this battle of the bulge, I will try to love the droopy bits enough to want to remove them.......Good Luck everyone! |
I know what you mean, I go thru the sam thing every Sun. when I'm getting ready for church, I stand in my closet and have what I call "my fat girl melt down". I will change my clothes 20 times and scream each time about how horrible and nasty I look, then I go off to church in a foul mood and head straight for the food table, when I've already eaten my breakfast and I'm not hungry. I'm hoping to get it together this time for good, TBL is always a good motivator. Good Luck!!
