Happy New Opportunity!

Hello everyone and Happy New Opportunity 2008! Here we are, blessed with another year! It's been so long since I've been on this website, and since then, I've gained about 20 pounds! Well, this year is my year and I plan on making the most of it. My plan is to exercise in the morning and in the evening, drink at least 40 oz. water, and think healthy eating. Now, if I fall down, I will dust myself up and start over;) But I know that we can all do this with help from each other, so thank you in advance. Tomorrow I will post my New Year's picture and I plan on posting one every month. Just to keep me honest:^: So, good luck to you!

I am behind you all the way. I truly believe that with all the support that is here on this site that we can achieve great success. It has been a long time since I posted and even visited the site...say about 1 1/2 years..but on Saturday I decided no more it is time to focus on me and make myself healthy for me and my family.
