Hi I'm Lynne08!

I was apart of a weightloss board back a few years ago and it was so very helpful to me, I miss it! My business exploded and my free time was out the door and then 30 pounds found me as well...bleck. We are going on a family vacation in July and I want to feel and look great by then!!! I have set my goal to lose 30 pounds by July when we leave and feel good in my swimming suit on the beach!!

I look forward to meeting each of you...I need the accountablity and to be reminded (and forced) to stop working at some point each day and workout!!!

No, you're not the only dork on here tonight:dizzy: I am an old newbie! I haven't been here in years, but this year is my year. I'm kind of like you, I am at my all-time high at 180 (but I haven't lost any like you:?: I'd love to lose 30-40 pounds this year. I just turned 40 in September and blew that goal, but is it really a goal when you don't even work at it???

I found some really cool quotes that I am going to type up really big and post everywhere:

"When the pain of staying the same exceeds the pain of change, you will change"

"I'm not telling you it's going to be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it"

I thought i was 181 and the I got on the scale today oh i'm 184.6...OUCH. Looks like I need a new ticker. Its time to get serious.

Nope ... some of us real party animals were in bed at 11:30 watching reruns of CSI.
