Hello all! I just found this board and it looks great. I'm trying to lose about 80 lbs. Hope I can find some support and offer some here. Here's a little about me:

I live in KY. I'm 42 yrs of age and have two daughters, 16 yrs and 20 months. I love them dearly, but need to try and keep up with them. I had 4 yrs of IVF treatment to get my baby and as a result gained about 100 lbs. I don't even feel like I'm the same person anymore.

Welcome, Becky. I'm brand new as well. Congratulations on having the baby. I know it had to have been a lot of work, but I'm sure it was worth it.

Welcome. I am just restarting this venture and this will be the last time! We are about the same age, but I could not imagine having a baby! You go girl! You are more woman than I! You came to the right place for support, everyone here is awesome and they know exactly what you are going thru!

Maybe let us know what you'd like to eat and do for exercise and we'll see if we can find you some comfortable threads to hang out it.
