Hi ladies--

I am Amy-- young 30 something out on the east coast. I am really looking for some support in loosing 130lbs. I started a blog today-- Bringing the inside- out! I am really hoping with the help of the community I can do this. I am really open to suggestions and ideas. Especially from those of you that have achieved the same goal.

Welcome belleamiee! A weight loss blog is a great idea I hadn't thought of. I would imagine it could provide accountability along with a comfortable level of anonymity. Good luck! I hope that you'll add a link to your blog when you feel comfortable with it.
