Just a friendly hello =)

Hey I'm Amanda, I'm a teenager in Canada and I'm here for inspiration and support in my weight loss journey.

I'm at 230 lbs right now (I think... it's about that) and my goal weight is about 130 lbs.

I don't know what else to say really.... =)

I'm new here to...there is alot to read and learn from here. I hope to cheer you on and share your enthusiasim for loosing weight in a positive healthy way...my goal wieght is pretty close to yours I see....I'm doing Atkins, what about you?
