well, here we go again!
I cant remember my old username, or password, and dont use that email anymore to retrieve it. sooo, here I am with new everything! It has been like 2 years anyway... I had my 3rd baby 6 months ago. I have gained 10 lbs since having my baby!!! Time to get rid of this. I am starting tomorrow, back on track! using a bit of weight watchers and my vegetarian books as healthy meal guides, getting my tons of water, and lots and lots of movement through out my day with a little extra when the kids nap and I actually get a moment. I have about 45lbs to go, will double check that in the morning before breakfast. I drink alot of diet coke, which I am cutting WAY back on, even quitting, so I am sure I will be losing alot of water weight in the beginning. ahhh... here I go again! luckily my hubby is super supportive!
cant wait to talk with you all on here! I loved the support I received last time, I lost like 30lbs and then got preg with #2! lol. Im done now having kids, so Im getting this off for good!!!
