Hello fellow members.
Starting tomorrow I'm starting my millionth diet, so it seems, and I'm really motivated and excited =]
I need to lose only 30 pounds and then I'll have reached my goal. My highest weight was probably 184 and got down to 165.

Starting Slim in Six as well so if anyone who is also doing the same let me know! I need some moral support =/

Welcome aboard , were pretty close to the same weight and yes I have done this a million times over also, I wish you luck hang in there.It can be done .

How did you get from 184 to 165? Did you use the same diet you are starting now, or were you just more conscious of what you ate? Good luck getting to your goal!
