new! help me out, will you?
 

hello! i am new to the site (have lurked a few times here and there) and i really am looking to lose some weight. i'm 18 years old, 5 ft. 6 and 211 pounds. i was about 225 in the beginning of the summer. recently i lost a really close family member to a heart attack and it really shook me up. i'm looking to get healthy so i don't end up in that boat. so i'm asking you all to be here for me and offer support! it would mean the world to me and i will do the same!
