Hey everyone, I just thought that I would introduce myself... My name is Clara and I am 30 years old, and I wanna lose 28lbs. This is my 3rd week on ww, I will have my weigh in on Thursday..So far I've only lost 2 lbs I maintained through Thanksgiven and last week I got a visit from my dear friend the monthly..So hopefully this week the scale will reflect a loss for me...
I am new too! My sister has done WW and lost lots of weight. I am really shy and dont think I would do well with meetings and weigh-ins in front of people. I have a lot of weight to lose. I am hoping this board will help keep me motivated.
