Welcome! You'll get all the support you need here. Haven't tried the Fat Smash, but anything with some structure is good for someone who's never had any. I started with calorie counting when I very first wanted to lose weight out of college, and the weight just came off and I learned healthy habits... FINALLY.
Now it's easier to fall into structure and good habits, rather than the bad ones... the good habits make ya feel so good!!
