Smile Another newbie!

Hello everyone! Another newbie to the boards here. Just wanted to pop in and introduce myself.

I'm 27, married and a web designer. I love to cook (Mostly vegetarian stuff), read and take photos.

I recently joined Weight Watchers Online. I've done the WW deal before, but I have a really hard time sticking to any diet...I also have a bad habit of binge eating. I have around 100lbs to go.

My husband isn't very supportive in the weight loss department, so I'm really hoping to post a lot and maybe find a online diet buddy to help along the way!

Hey mydiet!!!

Changing our lives around by eating better & exercising more is difficult. It takes patience with ourselves and most importantly a commitment to continue to follow healthier patterns for the rest of our lives. This is not to say that we never eat a piece of cake, but that this is not a "diet". If it's a "diet" then we quit... if it's a lifestyle then we never go back to our old ways.

Yes, DO check out the forums suggested...they would be great places to start, with ideas specific to your situation.

Other than that, read and post, then repeat! This place was instrumental in my weight loss - it is a helpful tool if you work it.

Can't wait to get to know you better!
