I'm Alex. 25 years-old, Mississippi resident, mother of one, and currently on Weight Watchers. I signed up because I know my friends and family, while supportive, are getting REALLY bored of me constantly talking about diet and health stuff. And I have to admit, I'm really psyched lately because I believe I've had my epiphany, my "Aha!" moment, and suddenly my weight loss and lifestyle change has fallen effortlessly into place. I know it will get harder the more I lose, but for now, I've got a lot of energy and excitement and feel like tossing heaping bucketfuls of it onto others.

Hey Alex!!! I, too, joined because not enough people around me were as excited as I was ^^ No one here gets tired of talking about our health & fitness! Excellent work on the weight lost so far! Take a look around. Jump in wherever you're comfortable Best of luck!

love the avatar!! I totally can relate to the people around me getting that 'glazed' look when I start talking about exercise and calorie counts. No one does that here!!

I am new too! Lots of luck- can't say I have had my "A-ha" moment yet but am dieting with one of my best friends and so far things seem to be getting on ok with the Fat Smash Diet!!
