Trying again to lose the weight!
A few years ago I lost a ton on Atkins (around 60 lbs- jumo started by a breakup after which I didn't eat and aided along by a few bouts of depression suring which I didn't eat- and I know thats bad- but when I was happy I looked good!) gained most back, then lost 15-20 lbs right before my wedding
(9/1/07) now, only 3 months later, its all back, and I feel GROSS!
I seem to have lost all the will power I ever had. I just bought the 5-Factor Diet Book and plan to start on Monday. I really need to focus on planning my meals and sticking to the plan.
