Hey Flo &

It's important to make a decision to commit to this new lifestyle

Have you thought about what might work for
you? Tracking any food so far? Planning any exercise?
I'm a Weight Watchers member, and have found that watching my points and making sure to do the best that I can with their Good Health Guidelines (adding more fruits & vegetables, whole grain pastas & rices, low fat dairy, getting in 6 glasses of water a day etc.) has helped me become healthier than I think I've ever been in my entire life. Of course, I've had to exercise, too!

Not that I enjoyed it much at first

But, I started out slowly, just two 10 minute walks a day during my work breaks, and it built up over many months to two 10 minute walks a day + a 30 minute walk on the treadmill after work.
My suggestion is this, if you have a plan in mind you're interested in learning about there are groups for all kinds. Just ask! Many of the members will be more than willing to explain.
If you're just looking to see what you're eating at the moment a good idea is to track your calories for a few days. See what's going in ^^
You'll find a plan that works for you, and modify it so that it fits into your life.
Best of luck!!!
