My name is Lisa and I am just starting out on my weight loss journey, I have about 70 lbs that I would like to lose. I have been looking around the sight and found everybody's post very motivating. I know instead of going into my kitchen and snacking I can go on here and find support through everyone's inspiring stories. Good Luck to everyone!

Hi Lisa! Welcome to 3fc! I too have about 70 pounds to lose (72 to be exact) and I find this place to be very motivating. Especially on really bad days, I look in the Success Stories forum and I really get inspired. Lots of great people here!

Welcome from another newbie!!
Coming here instead of the kitchen is what is helping me. I need to come here and read the encouraging words and the accomplishments others have done and that for sure keeps me out of the kitchen and eating.
