Hi everyone! This is my first post anywhere!
I'm a 51 year old who is working hard at losing weight. Started Atkins in Jan and have lost 85 pounds to date. :)
That's encouraging but I've hit a large plateau and nothing has been lost for a month:mad: Does anyone have any ideas that will help kick start the weight loss again:^: I've still got 70 pounds to go and don't want to waste any more time at this level:?: I'd really appreciate any help, thanks |

Hi, Congratulations on the weight loss! That is awsome!! I don't do Atkins, so i'm not sure how it goes, but with most weight loss plans, after you lose so much you modify your diet. Which usually means fewer calories. Please don't stop now, you've come too far.
