Hi, my name is Susan and I'm trying to lose baby weight it so hard and even harder after have a c-section. My baby girl in now 4 month hoping to lose it fast but its not happening. Well taking it one day at a time hoping this site will help . Weight 170 hoping for 135

Hey Susan- I'm Jill. I am right here with you. My daughter was born on 8/11/07 and I am struggling with TONS of extra weight. I gained way too much during my pregnancy and I am having a hard time getting it together and taking it off!!

Hi Susan - I'm Patti and also had a C section. I found that doing leg squats while burping my baby really helped me and helped my son burp. I know it sounds crazy, but you end up getting a lot of exercise throughout the day ~ give it a try.

My "baby" (i.e. toddler) is 20 months old and I'm still trying to lose that weight :crazy: ;) (I had a c/s, as well)..

Don't try and lose it TOO fast.. don't forget it took you 40 (give or take) weeks to put the weight ON.. it takes time to come OFF, too.
