WELL Here I go again
 

I'm back here again after a long absence. I was a member about 2 1/2 years ago but stopped coming online as life and work got in the way. I am finally back and taking charge of mylife again.

A little about me. I am a a 38 (almost 39) year old mother of one beautiful little girl aged 3 1/2.

My biggest goal aside from the weight loss, if to set a healthy example for my little angel. I hope that one day she never has to suffer the pain of being overweight. I want her to have the best possible image of herself and I want her to love herself for who she is, and I don't want her to ever feel ashamed of the way she looks in the mirror.

I am hoping to change all of my negative images of myself.

I am sick of diets. I am sick of all the BS associatated with being overweight. The guilt, the shame, the predjudice. All of it.

I also know, that I can't do this alone. I need support. I need to lean on someone.

I look forward to mu sucesses. I look forward to the future.
