Default New and looking for support

Hi everyone-
I am not a new member of 3fc - I joined long ago and didn't use it! But I am back! I am frustrated and disgusted with where I have let myself go. I am ready to start again to lose weight and lead a healthier life. Planning on starting to use weight watchers plan and first place. Anyone out there doing the same thing? Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Welcome back! You're doing a good thing for yourself.
I'm a calorie counter myself. But, I'm sure you will find some great advice in the WW forum.

Which is going great except for I just got sick. LOL My luck . Anyway if ya need a buddy let me know. Its helpful to do this with a friend.

I'm new here myself. I count the fat grams and watch calories. Half the ladies I work with are doing one or another of the WW programs with great success. Good luck!

I am new too and really don't know where to start. I just started walking laps at work and have tried to drink lots of water. I have been trying to watch what I eat. I have never really addressed my weight and it just keeps going up and up. I've got to do something about it so I found this site and hopefully some of you fellow chicks can give me some insight to how to go about this and stay on track. Thanks so much!!! Hope to hear from you soon.
