Hello from Cold New Hampshire!
Hi Everyone! I'm from New England, and just starting out on a major weight loss goal! I want to be down 9 lbs by New Years, and that's just the start. I'm 33, and have a few hills to climb - fibromyalgia and epilepsy (or to be more specific, the side effects of the epilepsy drugs, like a guaranteed 20 lb weight gain). I hate exercise, but force myself to do it. I love bread, but gave it up, same with most sweets except for the occasional chocolate. I'm retraining my brain to crave healthy food, but after just over a week, I'm still miserable! Anyone else in the same boat?
I look forward to getting to know you all - best of luck on your weight loss journeys! -Calley |
