I'm new to the community and I'm looking to make a lot of friends and help give and also get some serious support. I'm just so disgusted with my weight and I'm ready to start doing something about it. I've been going to the gym and I also got suckered into the Fluidity Bar infomercial and although it hasn't come in the mail yet and I don't know how well it's going to work, I'm still excited about it.

:welcome: Bizzy! Glad you found us. Do you have any set plans as far as your eating will go? I have never heard of the bar you are speaking of, tell us more. Good luck and be sure to keep posting.
