Hello Everyone...I am new here and cannot believe how well everyone seems to be doing on their diets! That is excellent.
I am a mother of 4 and really need some motivation and "How to's"! I know certain diets work for certain people but I really want to know how some of you have done it!! I was 230..my all time high and now am down to 216. I am only there because I was very sick through the summer! I just LOVE FOOD and I love to cook which makes it worse! My husband says he loves me the way I am and the kids don't want to hurt my feelings when I ask them for their opinions. My 3 girls love to help me excerise but I really need help just staying on it. Anyway, my goals are set in 20 pound goals. I want to go on a holiday in April with my husband and make him feel proud to be seen with me!
Help ladies...how have you all been finding success! Please share!! Where do you find the will power!! How much physical activity do you do to see results! What diet works best for you!!
