Hi all, I am new to this forum. I am an Army Reserve Soldier who is finding that keeping in the shape (and weight) the Army wants me to be at is hard to do on my own. So I thought I could get a few tips and some encouragement to get where I need to be. I am also willing to share the things that have worked for me and cheer on others successes.
