Greetings from Boston!

What a fantastic site I stumbled across!

I looked at myself in the mirror yesterday and wondered when I became fat (again). It's amazing how that sneaks up on us...

I was on a great path of weightloss but some how fell off track (see my blog). But I'm back up and on track, looking forward to reclaiming my smaller sizes!

I'll be hanging around the Low Carb Lifestyle forum...talk soon!

Glad you found the Low Carbers - they have so much great information and some fabulous looking recipes over there! And I'm glad you've found this site in general - it is amazing for ideas, tips, tricks, motivation, and just plain kicks in the rear when you need them.
