Hi everyone!
I registered on the site a long time ago, but haven't actually posted in over a year, so I guess I can consider myself "new".
I am not "overweight" but I definitely feel I could stand to lose some pounds. Some background info, I recently moved out, into my own apartment, into a new state, to attend grad school for psychology. I've been very busy and quite stressed out lately, for a variety of reasons, one of which is I am doubting whether I really want to pursue this career or if I want to do something else. (You'll probably hear me complain more about that later). Also since I live on my own, I don't exactly have the best eating habits. Sometimes I will have the frozen dinners, but most of the time I just end up snacking throughout the day and night and not having many "real" meals. Doritos for dinner isn't exactly the most well balanced meal! So for a variety of reasons I think I really want to get myself into better shape and feel better about myself. I am excited to re-join the community here and take steps towards self improvement.
