Hey everyone! I'm new to the boards. I've been looking for that extra support and after reading some of the different posts, I think this is a good place to start.
I've been struggling with my weight for about 7 years and I'm finally ready to stop it for good. I'm not looking for the quick fix or to lose 100 pounds in a month. I realize that it took me 7 years to get to the weight I am and it won't come off in 2 months. I'm 26 yrs old and I weigh 249 at 5'7", so needless to say I'm not at my best health.
I look forward to meeting people and sharing and supporting others in this journey!
Thanks to both of you. I'm really looking forward to sharing my struggles and victories with everyone here. I think it will really help me to stay accountable and reach my goals this time around!
