Getting fit and being healthy are great things to work on. I think we all need to be proud of our accomplishments. I started taking tae kwon do in January and I am getting into great shape and have lost 40 lbs. I want to connect with others who enjoy any kind of activity. What do you enjoy doing. Yoga, dance, golf, skiing?

It's very true we should all be happy with the work we've done so far! I don't really do any group activities. I prefer the things that I can do mostly alone. Yoga, treadmill, elliptical... so far so good As time goes on I do hope to add in some form of martial art. I really have always wanted to try it! Now to figure out what kind....
