Need to lose 64lbs

Hi All,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am 5'4" tall and weigh 194#:o. I am going to lose 64#. and tommorow is the magic starting date. I hope to lose this weight by July 1, of next year.:cool: I know this is a hard goal to go for, but I also know I can do it.:dizzy: My first mini goal is 175# by December 15th, of this year. I need all of the encouragement I can get.:carrot:
