Finally Decided To Join
May Of This Year Is When I Started Reading On This Site As Well As When I Started The South Beach Way Of Life And As Of September I Had Lost 21lbs - Then My Hard Work Went Crazy As My Aunt Had Suddenly Passed Then Less Than 2 Weeks Later My Dad Passed So In That Span Of Time I Quit My 2 A Day Workouts, My Everyday Weight Loss Journaling And My South Beach Way Of Eating And I Either Did Not Eat Or When I Ate I Ate The Wrong Thing. My Mind Was Far Away From Working Out So I Have Put On 8lbs Of The 21 I Lost. I Finally Am Getting To Some Normality As I Am Back To My Healthy Eating And Back To Working Out At Least Once A Day For Now As Things Are Still A Bit Crazy. I Have Not Went Back To My Journaling And Feel No Desire To But Yet I Still Feel Good About Getting Back On Track. Thats My Story For Now And I Thank You For Your Encouraging Words That I Read Everyday Even Though I Was Not A Memeber On The Site You All Still Gave Much Motivation.

:welcome: Gonnabe165. I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your Aunt & Father. Those times are tough, but it is good to see that you've started to take care of yourself again. Best of luck to you!

I too am sorry to hear of your family member's passing. I lost my aunt this past spring from cancer whom I kept in contact with almost daily via email and IMing. I think of her constantly. Just remember that we are not robots nor un feeling human beings. Sometimes, the best laid plans run afoul. I would encourage you though to journal since that is such a good way of airing your feelings, especially during times of grief. Nothing will replace them but I am sure that they will be happy to know that you miss them and they are in your thoughts and heart. Take care, we are here for you, just give a shout and we'll answer:hug: :carrot::carrot:Let's lose together:carrot::carrot: |
