New and looking for diet buddies

I've just started going to curves to exercise. I haven't figured out a diet plan yet just cutting out some of the junk (mostly sweets) for now.

Hello everyone - I sure would like to have a diet buddy, I have restarted the south beach diet and need to lose 85 pounds. I am from Ontario Canada . I need the support to help me with my weight issue. My 43 birthday was yesterday and NOW is the time to lose this weight. I have been on this site before and it is very helpful. Hope to hear from you all soon.
