Hello,

My name is Emily. I have been gaining and losing weight for the past 15 years or so. I have lost over 50lbs many times only to gain it back. But I will not give up! I am fighting for my life! With your help and my determination, I will get healthy and stay healthy!

I find the stories on this site inspiring. It renews my hope. I have lost about 11 lbs since September. I am aiming to lose 11 more by Thanksgiving. My most important goal is to take care of my body, mind, and spirit. If I eat right and exercise and take care of my health, I will be okay with where I end up. I also want to meditate more and stop worrying so much about what other people think of me.

I'm so glad you've found us! Congratulations on the 11 lb loss so far - thats a great step and I'm sure your body is SO much happier for it.

This is a great place - ideas, motivation, support, and a place to be accountable.
