New from Georgia!
Hi Everyone!
I've been reading all of your posts from work(I'm an intern...I have plenty of free time) and finally decided to join. Over the past 2 years or so, I have lost around 50 pounds. I want to lose this last five and maintain. My biggest fear is gaining all this weight back. However, I hit around 115 last year at this time, and dipped as low as 107, and have not gone past 120 since then. I'm hear to talk, get(and give, whenever possible) advice, and find support from everyone! I'm excited! Lola(Nickname....some shorten it to Lo) |
