Hi Everyone

I'm new at this but really excited. I have tried weight watchers, gym, etc. and it's really hard when you do this by yourself I mean no partner or friend.

Hey Rhonda, I completely understand where you're coming from. I too, really don't have the support of friends or family; However, You came across the best support ever. I've just came across this site Friday night, and already I am really impress and energize to really put my heart and soul with the battle of the bulge!
