Newbie trying to get out of Threedom

Good morning ladies. I have been a lurk for a couple of weeks and after reading the wonderful results I decided to become a member. I have been over 300 pounds for 6 years now. After a health scare (Chest pains, high blood pressure, ankle and foot injuries) I decided to take me health more seriously. I lost 16 pounds since may of 2007 but I am stuck at 305.8 pounds. My goal is to lose 120 pounds but right now I so want to get out of Threedom and into Twoterville. I'm the largest in my family. But most importantly, I want to be healthy.:D
