New Mom ready to lose weight

Hi Everyone!

I am new to this forum. I lost 25lbs. before I got pregnant and I am down to my pre-pregnancy weight at 268lbs. I am looking forward to losing more so that I can get pregnant again. I had a C-section and then I got blood clots in my lungs. I am on blood thinners and have to lose weight before I get pregnant again. I would like to get down to 200lbs. before I get pregnant again.
