I usually write in french so sorry for my mistakes!
I started the diet at 45 kg (100 lbs) and I'm 40.5 (89) now. I'm really short,
1m50 only (but I'm a little japanese kawaii girl^^) , so if I gain weight, I quickly look like a baloon. I'm really motivated to get to my goal.
I found this forum, and I'm here to meet and discuss with people who understand me, give help and receive some!
I wonder if there is small ppl like me, or young? (I'm 15!)
From what I have been able to get from your post. I am sorry if I am wrong. You are just under 5 foot tall and weigh 89lbs and you want to get down to 79lbs.
I would say talk to your parents about your worries about weight. Let them help you decide what is good for you, maybe with your family doctors help.
I would say that you are fine at your current weight and shouldn't go lower. I'd suggest that you work on improving your fitness instead of worrying about your weight.
I agree with Shy Moment that your parents and your doctor can best advise you about this.
