Hey all, I joined a few weeks ago, have been looking for support :hug: here to stay on my weight loss plan, I need all I can get since my will power is extremely weak :dust:. My mother tongue is Spanish but haven't found :book2: a spanish speaking site :gossip: similar to this one, I think this site is great, by the way.

I have been interested in Central and South America since I can remember! Would LOVE to travel down there one day! I really love the Spanish language and culture!

Hola!! Welcome to the site!!! I speak okay spanish, and lived in Honduras for 11 months. I know Guatemala and Honduras eat some things the same, and know how some things you can eat are great!! Mangos!!! Papaya!! , other things, like Platanos fritos con mantiquilla is so good, but so fatening . I love to cook as you can guess. I am glad you found this website!! congrats on deciding to become healthy.
