Glad I found you!

I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Tammy. I am so happy to have found this site. It looks like a great place to find encouragement and support. I have been working on loosing weight for a few months. So far it is going really good. Things have slowed down some and I just need to remember to keep moving forward. I look forward to meeting others who are walking the same path.
