Hello there...Obviously, I'm new here =)
I'm hoping I can find the support I need here in my weight-loss journey. I'm also currently trying to quit smoking, which hasn't been all that successful.
My biggest problem with losing weight is that fact that I don't have much time to exercise/make healthy meals for myself. I am a full-time college student, I work part-time, I volunteer at the hospital--But instead of complaining about it, I'm going to start waking up an hour earlier five days a week to work out. I'm cutting out regular pop all together, all fast food, and any type of snack food that can be considered "junk". I will, however, allow myself to have one "splurge day" a week IF I DO GOOD! My exercise routine will be roller blading and Tae Bo.
I went from 168 to 128 in the course of about 7 months...I weighed 128 about a year and a half ago--I was very happy with myself, and as you can tell, I've steadily put back on quite a bit of weight...and I am not too happy with myself.
Wish me luck =)
